Thanx for the offer Clanzer.  I can't tell you how many dozens of times I have achieved a viable idea, only to become extremely frustrated by a lack of resources: namely a way to implement the concept from plans to prototype.  In the Free Energy business machine tools are absolutely critical.  Trying to locate and pay for a local service that will handle small jobs is time consuming and extremely expensive.  Please keep up the good work!
