its up to us, the open source community are leading in creating the educational resources needed to improve public health and help relieve an economic burden. There has never been as much testing of these retrofitting modifications for this tasks other than the following open source/proprietary engineers achievement.

we have found that more then one retrofiting Mod will reduce ALL your emissions , hence we encourage people who are serious about public health to look at a combination of them for example the Z5 and the open source/Kits of hydroxy , fuel additives etc etc. All contained in the PDF for easy reference.

We are pleased to report successful open source results in the hydroxy gas splitters (Plus proprietary ones.)to deal with computers. This will be on going testing and the results will be added to the PDF.

Also successful results with the open source SPAD technology on a tractor plus many more we are vigorously testing and will be reporting all on going results in this new PDF.All which we have emissions tests to show that they do work.

We hope to find a solution for every one, diesel, carby, computer and LPG contact us for any support or info FREE. It is important that every one out there pass this info on to their government bodies requesting incentives, endorsement , rebates and or cheaper registration to help encourage the retrofitting of them to cut the carbon footprint and save energy. Even on council applications.

Its there for the taking, they have rebates for technology already with a similar goal to reduce pollution. Nothing else can match it, we don't need a carbon tax. We need incentives for the real time solutions that can create economic and health freedom plus cut pollution the most! And we have done it, only acting collectively can we make it impossible for them ignore us. Case and point.BP and others government bodies get too much revenue in fuel tax, they are not going to endorse these unless we create public pressure.

Doesn't cost you any thing to make this needed difference so please help . We will also train any one for free in the installation of these so please contact us.The free school will be local in Brisbane Australia and will be on going, we will send info packs to other countries to give them every thing they need to train retrofitting garages. FREE non profit.

Our local press will be in to see our emissions results ASAP so we will be plugging the open source genre at capacity. There is specific parts explaining to the mainstream about the importance of our open source community in this production at the end, grass roots, never change for any one. That's why i am at Panacea, it wont change.
