here is the concept ring spins .. @ any freq over 60hz ...  say 70 hz .. cap converts to pure dc .. invertor converts to 60 hz ac ...

fill the big buckets  slightly faster than the invertor can drain them ..

DONE . 

agin just put a tiny amount of thought on the concept  b4 you blast off bs ..

this is a video i found on the net ..  its a basic flash light ..  i have done the same with a l ion battery .. it could not burn the energy off as fast as the battery was recharged even at 30 ma draw @3.7vdc supply was an aa battery .. 1.2vdc  as well it powered the 12vdc fan  using a cap insted of the battery ...
