it should be noted,
that acid kills animals.
but acid is healthy,
for plants.

it should be noted,
that alkaline kills plants.
but alkaline is healthy,
for animals.


acid means an excess of hydrogen atoms.
alkaline means a general lack, of hydrogen atoms.


it should be noted that one oxygen atom,
is as alkaline,
as 2 hydrogen atoms,
are acidic.

which is the reason that water,
has a perfectly neutral pH.




a lack of oxygen,
causes animal cells to reproduce out of control.

when oxygen is restored,
the animal cells reproduces normally again.



sugar,
cooked food,
some food addatives
and other acid-increasing materials,
reduce the oxygen in the body.

because the bodies oxygen,
combines with acidic hydrogen,
to turn into water.

and because the bodies oxygen,
combines with acidic carbon,
to turn into carbon dioxide.
(or worse, carbon monoxide.)


human cells need all the oxygen they can get,
with out acid-increasing foods,
taking even more oxygen away,
from human cells.



living plant tissue, absorb acidic hydrogen and carbon.

when a human eats a plant, that has living tissue, the human has acidic hydrogen taken out of their body.

the human has alkaline oxygen added to their body.

because the living plant cells, are still excreting oxygen,
while the living plant cells pass through, the humans digestive system.



the easiest way to get ride of cancer,
is to eat living plant tissue.

the cheapest living plant tissue that i know of,
is a sack of brown potato's.



there is at least one species of potato that i have tasted,
that has almost no taste.
either good taste, or bad taste.

it is one of the least offensive foods that i know of.


a potato's healthy,
high density carbohydrates,
give me a lot of energy.

both physical energy,
and mental energy.

that is one pound, for 50 cents.

i cannot find acidic sugary candy bars,
for 50 cents anymore.

yet i can find potato's for that.

All good info.  I assume you cook your potato's?  What do you think is the best way to use a potato for the most healthful benefits?

that sounds a very plausible explanation but im getting a little confused hear?.

After Antibiotic treatment i developed diarrhoea and stomach cramps due to the loss of
bacteria in the gut.

I decided to replenish my good bacteria in my gut by drinking home made Kefir using
real bacterial colonies.

I read that the beneficial bacteria in our guts produce Lactic Acid as a by-product
which leaves the gut in an acidic state.

How can this bacteria be beneficial if it is making us more acidic?.

i do feel much better though now im using the Kefir regularly :) .

Any ideas?.

I agree. Our diets have become very acidic or result in a lot of acidic byproducts. There's much talk about what cancer really is, including a fungi. But interestingly enough most of these therapies result in about the same thing, that is keeping the body more alkaline.

Very easy solution, Sodium biCarbonate aka baking soda. The same stuff our pancreas secretes to neutralize excess stomach acid. Besides using it to increase your ph it can actually cure acid reflux. I used to have very severe cases of acid reflux in healthy or unhealthy periods on almost weekly bases. Tried teas, milk & honey, oatmeal with water, pepto bismol, Calcium biCarbonate... Actually the last gave me a serious trauma, those CbC tablets made it much worse and turned my stomach into a fiery hell.

It's ironic that the solution in the end was the very same thing our body creates in order to neutralize acid, Sodium biCarbonate. Whenever I felt the acid reflux creeping up I would take a glass of water with one teaspoon of baking soda. The inflammation starts to decrease gradually and in and hour or so you forgot the miracle that just happened.

This one time I waited too long before I took a glass of baking soda, I let the pain grow too much. What got to me was that the glass I took near bed time didn't seem to do it, the pain persisted. One hour later I took another glass and this finally helped. But I believe these were two things happening, even though I neutralized the acid, the inflammation persisted long after due to me letting it go out of hand. So I believe it took my immune system longer to reduce the inflammation than if I took the baking soda when it was still manageable. Moral of the story, listen to your body.

Has been quite a long time since I had to take baking soda. If it wasn't for it's unpleasant taste I would take it daily.
