Practical Method for Production of Water Fuel with Piezoelectric

Wow Solvenia thats awesome thinking!  I missed the splash guards completely.  When I put the crystals into the water something didnt seem right though.  The reaction just seemed to slow to a crawl.  So when the fog comes into contact with the crystals it turns to HHO.  It does this by tapping or bumping into the crystals producing a voltage which in turn causes the fog to become HHO.  Is there anything you guys want me to do or look into further?  I have a friend who is an electrical engineer too.

Hi Superman,

I think we are getting very close to being ready to do some experimenting.  There are a few loose ends still though that we need to tie up.

#1)  Best easy crystal oscillator circuit for the job.  Power says to only use old ones that were discussed in old books and not from anywhere else.  So, we still need to research that out.  There are a lot of circuits out there but we need the right one, (i.e.: something old and simple that works).

#2)  Easy cheap way to get our voltage for the cell to 36 volts.  There are some really good adjustable transformers and Peter Lindemann has an interesting voltage doubler circuit.  I'm still playing with all this.

#3)  What's the fan for that's shown on top of Power's cell?

Any outside assistance would be much appreciated.

I've got some interesting designs for pvc cells which I'll propose shortly.

I think the fan is for recirculating the fog and creating turbulence in the chamber.  The fog always tends to stay low cause its heavier than air.  Did you try creating fog yet?  This is what I observed.

Thanks Slovenia for sharing your attempts of deciphering Power's clues. I definitely need yours and others help with this guessing game. I for one don't know how the effective US frequency's travel, whether they can still be effective outside the water, or outside of the direct path of the disks? Your idea is interesting and for all i know may be spot on? I'm going to try to simply coat the inside diameter of a copper pipe with the US disk at the bottom. Then testing it with stock frequency (because changing the frequency is beyond my knowledge and abilities).

They also sell a controllers, I wonder if those controllers change the frequency?

there are many transducers, just make sure it is submersible and cxan operate above 43khz.

You can buy small lots from taobao.com, use a translator to search. In their electronic component section you can find transducer, complete circuits, professional high frequency drivers etc for less than 20% or less of listed price in the US. You can buy from several different vendors and have a Broker concile shipment into 1 lot to save lots$$ on shipping.

The DC fan was a quick approcah to moving fog for water injection, not practical due to auto operating conditions but gives a demo of how to move fog out. Ionic air or electric wind is much more feasible. HHO will freely flow out of the chamber but you still need to move atomize fog to help in cooling of ICE.

For circuit, you dont need anything fancy, the Nebulizer circuit will work and you can put one together with readily available parts.
In Sonochemistry, the higher the frequency, the higher the effeciency lowering wattage. This is easily done by increasing voltage alone. 

Acoustic dissociation of water wil cease at higher frequency above few mhz. If you employ electric wind or ion influence, other effects occurs too.
Brass is a great material, optimal effeciency can be utilized at a later stage to fine tune performance and scale down the device into a smaller size.

coat the copper pipe with ZnO and mount piezo on the bottom of pipe. ZnO works best when in contact with water.
