Yes please explain and also tell us why the downloadable file is an executable file ?  (It has  .exe extension)

I suspected this being a virus (it being a .exe after all).. so i tested it in a virtual machine.. seems to be ok.. but seriously.. all he has done is take all the hoax youtube videos and compile them into a program he has written (looks like vb)
