     Hi !

The "very old news" (Villard,Taccola,da Vinci,Bessler and others ) ,you can look on with pleasure ( inclusively to buy...),at:    http://en.fotolia.com/id/5184926    and there "...perpetuum mobile,pendulum...".

A good news can be your "contribution" ,if you maintain the old basic idea,but you imagine and test it with a single hinged arm...
