Hi everyone,

if someone who is Polish could tell us what this man is doing with his parallel path motor as it looks very interesting.

Thanks for your help and sharing

Hi,
This is aquick translation.Seems this fellow is really up to parallel path motor application. He has more vids on this subject.

>>>>This is a quick example from labolatory table, this set up wasn't tested on the street yet.
This is only to show that paralel path electrical motor could be used to power a bicycle.
At this moment supply is taken from three batteries and voltage is 37,1V and current is 1,13A.
At the same time when motor runs , part of the energy is re-captured to charge 3 batteries, presently we have voltage about 43 V on them.
To those batteries is connected also a light bulb, that draws a current about, hmmm,100mA, and here we see on the scope curve on the transistor drain (upper), and on the diode which is connected to energy recovery circit (lower).
Optical sensor checks rotor position, giving a signal to electronic circuit, signal is amplified by MOSFET and sending back to the electric motor.
I didn't check yet revolutions (motor speed), but speed could be regulated (potentiometer), for the moment I don't put maximum rpms.I am afraid that this diode has too low voltage.I speed up little bit,now w have on supply side 37 V and 1,5 A. I am afraid this voltmeter don't show correctly on the charged batteries.I slow down and accelerate a bit now. This is only half of the max. speed. I guess at this moment I should travel about 40-50 km/h. Almost 37 V and current 1,8 A.
Of course such labolatory test is not the same like during real drivig, but shows that paralell path electric motor could be used to drive a bicycle.<<<<

I just want to point, that this test was run with free rotating bicycle wheel, without any braking.Of course in real conditions power needed to move a bicycle on the road will be much bigger, so voltage and current readings on supply side would be different.
This should be tested on the road.

Thanks Pix for taking the time to translate one of his videos.

I looked at some of his other videos. I'm not sure if his motor pulls more current when under load.

Could you look into this please and report your findings.

Thank for your time and sharing

It is my youtube channel and my tests with PPMM was discussed on this forum:

All the videos have English subtitles. If you don't see them, just switch them on.
