Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Mr.Entropy

It works as the author says it does, but the power output is very small.

Ben Franklin used a similar free power source to run electrostatic motors.Ã,  Oleg Jefimenko has also done a lot of work in recent years designing more powerful and efficient electrostatic motors that can be run from the same sort of setup.

Have a look at this:

Jefimenko also wrote a book about them:

It's hard to get, though.

Cheers,

Mr. Entropy

EDIT:  Took out an erroneous statement about Tesla not doing this, too.

Of course this works! This is  Telsas "apparatus for the utilization of radiant energy",
I wish I could turn my brain off sometimes, then I could get some sleep.
