Okay, I'm not taking it seriously.
Robert Heinlein implied the same thing in at least one of his early novels in which amateur American teenage(!) astronauts flew their homebuilt(!) rocket to the Moon to finally stop a post-WWII Nazi world-takeover attempt.  As I implied, science fiction is just that:  Fiction and not seriously entertained as fact.  Heinlein mentioned Moon cities as well.  Fiction.

I'm merely a theoretical electronics engineer/technician for now, since I have no extra money for experimentation, but I was a professional electronics/computer technician in the past.
As a result, I have a lot of ideas, but no hard test results to back them up---for now.  That could change if I get a job locally in the Bay Area of California.
