Na this is of a WORKING magnetic motor, Tom Bearden saw it, was in the research group for testing it.  The motor is not a wish but a fact.  Only difficult part was timing, but we can do timing in a disk fashion with a governor like in principle used on the old steam centrifugal force type.  It would just send the contact closer to the center of the timing disk or further out on the disk as the speed increased.  Simple stuff.
The Japanese had it working great but were forced (with a hit man) to give it to the Japanese mafia.  This happened RIGHT in front of Tom even.

Do you have a link or source for your information about Tom Bearden's witness of the motor working and the hit man stuff.    This is interesting.
