Hi gsm,

Unfortunately the person behind ncbookz has been continuing his scam activity with that toroidal transformer thing and rips off the less knowledgeable people.  He makes you believe to get free energy from your own mains outlets with such a transformer.
The bottom line is all your wall outlets are metered by your WattHours meter, aren't they and the transformer he offers takes away a certain part of the energy from a load like a lamp and steers that energy to another load you believe to operate "freely".  The sum of the two energy levels amounts to the original energy consumption your first load the lamp normally takes from the mains.  All what the toroid transformer he offers does is it simply splits the power between two loads;  say a 100W incandescent lamp is run from the mains wall outlet in your living room and you insert this transformer into the lamp's wires in series as instructed then this transformer takes some watts away (5W, 10W, 30W etc as your second load demands) from the 100W lamp and while you would not readily notice the lack of a 5W power in the brightness of the 100W lamp, you would certainly notice when 20-30W or more were missing. While you could charge your mobile phone with the 5W for instance and the lamp would happily work with 95W too, what you cannot say is that the 5W is free energy: Both the 5W and the 95W comes from the same wall outlet in your living room!
