as you know if you are truly making straight hydrogen your balloon  will have no reaction to the spark inside!
Note: Not sure about the KOH and combustion?

What do you have on diesel engines and your fuel??

I have a diesel and as soon as I get the numbers you'll now
I am still building my 2nd cell with 10 plates and 19-09-2011 I get my controler
so patience my friend
about the KOH It will not be taken in to the process off making hydrogen
my way I use reversed osmose water made from rain water
this is the most clean water on the planet
I try'd simple deminaralised water butt no dice.
