The Montreal Protocol on Substances That Deplete the Ozone Layer (a protocol to the Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer) is an international treaty designed to protect the ozone layer by phasing out the production of numerous substances believed to be responsible for ozone depletion. The treaty was opened for signature on September 16, 1987, and entered into force on January 1, 1989, followed by a first meeting in Helsinki, May 1989. Since then, it has undergone seven revisions, in 1990 (London), 1991 (Nairobi), 1992 (Copenhagen), 1993 (Bangkok), 1995 (Vienna), 1997 (Montreal), and 1999 (Beijing). It is believed that if the international agreement is adhered to, the ozone layer is expected to recover by 2050. Due to its widespread adoption and implementation it has been hailed as an example of exceptional international co-operation, with Kofi Annan quoted as saying that "perhaps the single most successful international agreement to date has been the Montreal Protocol".It has been ratified by 196 states.

WITH THE AIM OF ASSISTING IN THE WORLDWIDE EVALUATION AND COMMERCIALIZATION OF EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES WHICH CAN BENEFIT THE PLANET EARTH AND PROVIDE A FAIR FINANCIAL RETURN FOR ALL PARTIES INVOLVED.

THE DEVELOPMENT OF NON-EXPLOITIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES AND MUTUALLY BENEFICIAL SYNERGIES BETWEEN VARIOUS TECHNOLOGIES WILL ALSO BE ONE OF THE KEY MANDATES AS WELL.

THANKS TO RAMSET FOR STARTING THIS THREAD. 

POTENTIAL DIFFERENCE INC. SPENT CLOSE TO $100,000.00 OF INVESTOR MONEY ON TECHNOLOGY EVALUATIONS IN THE EARLY DAYS IN OUR ATTEMPTS TO HAVE PDI INNOVATIONS PROVIDED WITH SOME SORT OF INDEPENDENT STAMP OF APPROVAL FROM THE "EXPERTS" SO WE COULD PROTECT OUR INVESTORS TRUST AND CREATE A SENSE OF TECHNOLOGICAL VIABILITY AND SOME POTENTIAL LEGITIMACY MOVING FORWARD.

WE WERE SO NAIVE AND $100,000.00 LATER WE STARTED TO WAKE UP TO THE FACT THAT "THEY SAW US COMING" AND WE WERE EASY TARGETS FOR BEING DUPED INTO PAYING FOR EVALUATIONS WHICH COULDN'T EVEN PASS A HIGH SCHOOL SCIENCE STUDENTS LEVEL. ONE OF PDI'S IPs WAS EVEN STOLEN AND SOLD TO NASA WHO ARE NOW LICENSING IT (SEE CONICAL MAGNETIC BEARING).

UNIVERSITY OF VIRGINIA, ELECTRON ENERGY CORPORATION, MICHIGAN STATE UNIVERSITY, MIT, KINECTRICS, TEXAS A&M, UNIVERSITY OF WATERLOO, UNIVERSITY OF OTTAWA, MAGNA INTERNATIONAL, DEFENCE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CANADA ENGINEERS ALL PROVIDED EVALUATIONS WHICH BORDERED ON THE RIDICULOUS AND MORE OFTEN THAN NOT WERE EMOTIONAL EVALUATIONS WHICH STATED SOMETHING TO THE EFFECT, "IT CAN'T WORK THEREFORE IT DOESN'T WORK." AS THEY WENT RUNNING FOR THE DOOR - USUALLY WITH OUR MONEY.

WE ARE HOPEFUL THAT IN THE NEAR FUTURE PDI/E-MOTION TECHNOLOGIES IN WILL BE IN THE POSITION TO HELP AND ASSIST OTHERS WHERE WE COULD NOT FIND IT OURSELVES.
