The amp-meter measures 0.36A. What is the Voltage input?
Without this, we cannot know if there is zero lenz force or not.
Input energy is interesting. Amp alone does not tell a thing.

I am using a power supplay of 12 volts, it is obvious that the machine consumes certain amount of energy, the coils have a certain force that produces EDDY currents and that produce losses in their development and in this case there is not an opposite force that stops the rotor.

Hi skycollection, thanks for sharing.
If that is the stabilized amp draw, then it looks good to me.
I think the rotor speed helps.
Also, as far as the geometry, if a north pole magnet is approaching or sweeping toward the generator coil, then the other side of the coil is emitting a south pole, which is repelling the south magnet on rotor that is departing and might even be reaching around the coil and pulling in the approaching north pole rotor magnet.
If these things are happening, this may explain why the generator coil is not causing an opposing force.
This is much different than a normal coil, with a magnet passing the front of a solenoid.
Also, with your setup, the coil thickness may be a key to the non opposing generator coil effect, if the coil is too thick, it may not push the departing magnet much or reach around and pull in the approaching magnet.

Yes is correct, the output coil is thin and apparently Eddy currents are not captured by the coil which is useful in this process...! for me this matter is new, i have in process a new configuration "bifilar" PANCAKE COIL, thin coil to drive the engine, i really donĀ“t know which will be the result but now I have to go ahead and do more tests with new coils.

OK. The energy input is hard to measure accurately due to the coil. 0.36A @ 12V is 4.23W in a resistive load, but there is a phase delay between current and voltage through a coil.
If you replace the LED bulb in the hand held coil with a short circuit, you will load it resistively and at maximum. This way is a good approach to confirm the lenz effect.
You have a terribly low efficency in you setup, and that will also have a terribly low lenz feedback to the amp. meter. In addition you use a LED bulb that probably require very little energy.
In addition to that, it looks like you have wrapped a copper foil around the spinning magnet. This foil accounts for most of the lenz-effect already, and any additional lenz effect caused by a low energy LED bulb will be relatively very very small.
