Hello Stefan, hello all,

here a nice new video regarding magnet motor:

If anybody thinks that a perpetuum mobile is impossible, then he should not pester an inventor who is just now building one.

This was an innovative idea at least. It's one I haven't seen before. I don't know why there weren't more comments on this. Yet alas, even this design cannot conquer THE DREADED STICKY SPOT! LOL

I noticed this with his design though, While the piece of conductive metal is still aligned with one magnet, the design of the (pump arm?) is pulling the magnet away from the metal while it is still aligned. It happens right as the conductive metal first moves in front of the magnet, there is a brief moment where the magnet is still being pulled away. Maybe if he used two smaller pieces of conductive metal instead of one big piece?

This idea I think would work if there is 4 layers of laminated iron to nutrilize the magnetic flux and if it went all the way around the rotor. Then you put a slot, timed just after TDC in the iron band to allow the 2 magnets to repel. Just my 2 cents.

the thickness of the metal semi-circle, must be larger on one side, and then thinning, drawing a curve well studied, thus allowing to have the same air gap when it is close to the magnet spaced, and follow up the approach. Should greatly reduce the impact of the obvious differences of attraction (ie the metal prefers to stay closer to two magnets, instead of one) of the two configurations that occur in a 1/2 turn.
