Water Fuel (not HHO) what is it worth to you?

I have recently finished a prototype of a water conversion cell.........................................

- If you are fairly competent with tools and can read a schematics/blueprints.  Building a converter would take less than a day.

Quoting your post above,  why do you even make such a statement if you will not explain the process?  If you supply 'schematics/blueprints', there are many, many competent members here comprised of Scientists, Physicists, Skilled-Creative-Experienced Experimenters and Engineers (me being one) who (at the very least - cumulatively) can glean the process from the "schematics/blueprints" ... as you say! Have you ever even SEEN a 'blueprint'?

A couple of questions;

a) Does it involve hydrogen peroxide HO=OH?
b) Does it involve nitrogen or carbon CO2 from the air?
c) Are the results storable in a cylinder/metal-tank versus a charged plasma?
