   Hi ProTech,
I think you do nice work. I do have a proposition fort you and the memebers of this forum.
I know what you were thinking when you built your pendulum. I tried getting a similar idea
across to someone else. Since then, I have realized how to make it work.
The attached diagram shows the difference in potential a swinging weight has. By understanding
this, we can understand how we can use it. As an example, if the weight swings in to an angle of
30 degrees, it's side ways movement will be about 1/2 the distance it is from it's fulcrum.
I think you will understand the drawing better than others. With all of the different blue prints you've
probably have looked at, you'll get it.
When the swing weight is in it's inner position, it will be a value of 4 from the center line of the
cross beams fulcrum. If the counter weight is a value of 10 from the  same center line, there is a difference
in potential that can be taken advantage of.
As such things go, when the swinging weight is allowed to swing to it's outer position, it would be a value
of 16 from the center line. This would cause the cross beam to want to tilt in that direction.
While most people would look at the drop and lift of the fulcrum of tyhe swinging weight, that is not what
would allow it to work. What would is when the swinging weight is caught in it's inner postion, it can then
be hoisted a little higher while the cross beam is tilting in the direction of the counter weight. And that would
be the secret.
And what would it take to make this all happen ? IMHO, if the people int his forum asked you to modify or
recycle your build and took an interest in it while you worked on it. I know it is a lot of work and it is probably
something you would find frustrating at times. After all, you are experienced when it comes to building and
making things. Your work shows this. Unfortunately, most people in here do not have your skills. But then,
if they were to talk you into working on something like this, then maybe you can teach them a little about
what it takes to build something like what you've done.
As for the patent rights if the concept works ? Give them to the Salvation Army. This will keep greed out
of this. And what would be in it for you  ? As for the rest of us, possibly some life time friendships worth
having. And for you / You would probably find you would get a little more as you would be the man who
built it. I think people would be wanting to meet you if not at least see you on t.v.
And as for Christo, I think it was Jesus who said throw pearls before swine and they will trample the
pearls and then trample you.
In the end proTech, it is up to you and is something for you to think about. As for everyone else, why not
take the chance on making a friend and possibly being a part of getting it to happen. After all, I think PT
would appreciate the interest you guys would show in his work and you might find it interesting what it
takes to make something like this. As for the engineering, I think it is somethign all of you can understand, even
if it takes a little time. And in the end, I think this is something we would all benefit from.

   @All,
I am going into private building.
The primary reason is I believe Christo4_99 is Alan Bauldree. He has used other aliases like Lady Silver Belles and grayone (his sons account which he used).
His desire is to take credit for my work. And by using a fake name like Christo (actually should be spelled Cristo, Alan is also a poor speller). As such, while he wishes to be famous, he is to lazy to do the work. Her knows religious people would believe he is responsible for me by posting how he hates builders and thinks it is all about the Benjamins.
I think it is sad that he would try to take someone's hobby and use it as an opportunity for himself. What was it he (Christo/AB Hammer posted int he thread Bessler's brilliant device ? He will not let me pigeon hole Bessler's work in a forum for over unity.
This means he will do what he has to to turn it into something religious. An ignorant man's get famous the easy way scam.
Kind of makes me wish I never attended church or read the Bible. But Alan has posted previously he does not believe I should be allowed to be responsible for myself.
Of course, in a thread Ralph Lortie started soliciting build ideas as he wished to prove Broli wrong about him was when I first suggested donating any invention to charity. And why would I have done so ? Without any written legal agreement in place, anyone posting in the thread would have a claim to the invention and as such would have the right to sue for what they believe their contribution was worth. And with people like Christo/AB Hammer, I believe they would be willing to sue. this would mean that the courts could freeze any money to be made for many years as things work through the courts. In the mean time, the lawyers would be making all of the money.
And it would be like AB Hammer/Christo to turn something like that into something like they are Jesus and are taking over the work and taking credit for it.
Also, while it would make some money, fighting over it could make it worth little and the stress it could bring into people's lives might not be worth any financial gain.
That is the reality and yes, I do believe Chris Wells to be Alan Bauldree. While it is also possible he just like Alan and wants credit because he has that big of an ego. Watch American Greed, there are a lot of scam artists out there trying what ever they can to make a buck. What I find funny is someone coming into a forum like this and using the screen name Christ.
As such, I will be mailing the patent paper today. It costs only $110.00 for a provisional patent. As such, while I have opened this idea, I will close it by completing the design.
The 2 levers that are @ a right angle will use leverage to lift the pendulum's weight higher than the tilting of the cross beam would allow. This will allow it to swing ina  state of perpetuality by stopping the pendulum's weight in it's inner position and holding it until it is lifted.
The lever doing the leveraging will be on a pin that has 2 flat sides. When sufficient rotation occurs, the leveraging lever can slide downwards ( to the right ) releasing the pendulum's weight.
The reason the pendulum's weight can be lifted using leverage is that the counter balance weight could have in the axample shown 2 1/2 times more force. As shown, 25% of this force would be used to tilt the cross beam lift the fulcrum and the pendulum's weight. This would leave 75% of the force of which some can be used by the leveraging lever to increase the potential of the pendulum's weight while still allowing the counter balance to be the greater force.
And to think, my brother Harold wondered why I spent my evenings studying math. Of course, he would also say I helped him when he needed it ebcause of possibly what I learned in church. My family did not attend, but my friend's family did. And one thing I remember reading in the Bible is the parable of the shifting sand. With my hearing loss, math was the foundation that helped me. And for the amount of work I have put into everything, some times the lazy ones like Chris (not Cristo) and Alan miss the point of, things quit being about money but about trying to have a decent life where you (me, I) don't have to worry about people like them making my life difficult. But since they are lazy minded people, they don't have a clue about what respect is. This is one reason why Chris (a.k.a. AB Hammer ?) would say they are Bessler reincarnated. And to me, that is sad.

Thi idea is based on Milkovics TSO.
I have tried contacting him. It seems my ideas are not worth his while.
What some might miss is the amount of work that goes into something like this. There is quite a bit to it. One reason why so few people are like ProTech and actually take the time to build.
With the amount of improvements I have made, I would have to believe that if others helped to realize a working prototype, that we would deserve credit for the work we put into realizing an accomplishment.
If Chris got one thing right, it is that people deserve something for their efforts when they are successful.
