Moray used a ionizing radioactive salt in his detector.
Gray was ionizing the space between the grids in his CSET.
Meyer was ionizing water.

Well, I've been 3 times with Picasso.

After talking with him a large amount of hours, he never say anything, I repeat: anything, about the technique that he uses to extract energy from the ambient background. You can spend hours and hours and hours hearing his anecdotes and even if you ask directly to him about his machines he never answer a single question.

He never explains absolutely nothing about the technique he employs. That let me to think a lot of different things... Also, he has not shown a device running for hours outside his home. I cannot say he is really getting energy from the ZPF.

Each machine with a huge number of electric components. A member of here has mentioned that even if we have the schematics it will be almost impossible to build that machine. And I answer... TRUE. The amount of components that each machine has is really impressive.

Thank you, Magnethos, for this report. It puts things into perspective. Nevertheless, a great story. Unfortunately it tells more about human nature than about OU.

In Austria one can see a "Weltmaschine" (world machine) http://www.weltmaschine.at/weltmaschine/index.php , http://www.weltmaschine.at/weltmaschine/img/presse1.jpg , it does nothing (many things move and turn driven by electric motors), it just is. The inventor never explained its purpose, it was built for his own pleasure. Some call it art.

A lot of different free energy generators
A wireless telephone with a range of 500Km / 310 miles
A fuelless car capable of running day and nightime
A fuelless aircraft
etc...
The only thing that I haven't heard from him is a time-travel machine
