   My thoughts are, to look for and purchase a ready made push-pull oscillator, with PWM, and frequency controllers. that will allow the yoke/grenade circuit to do what it has to do. 
  In the mean while, I'm building up a new Kacher circuit, to connect to my new 24v PS. And my Mazilli/yoke grenade circuit is waiting to be connected up to 24v, as well. Those are my thoughts, for now.

Thanks for showing your work has a question for you because I can not exactly see :it seems to me that you have 
L3 as the third layer? - (2set)=L4 .- (1set)=It is a copper foil,or when disconnected there is some difference  ? (if they do such spirals inserting into the center of the pipe) ,and use as the core inserting and pulling ,I suppose that changing the inductance, once used by N.tesla

Simply say:  On the left is small Tesla.   On the right site is  in order:  copper(brass) sheet, L4, L3,copper(brass sheet) All lies on each other.

If I take off the top brass sheet, of course the light goes off and cap charge faster to higher level.

I like that picture you shows here. I have seen similar in TK video (I think about the crystal radio)

I am now modifying it and will make it more versatile. I am changing also the diode bridge for faster diodes. Also thinking to make a tunable LC tank circuit on L4.   Such a device to mess with and to learn   Sure I can do the same with the ruslan's device, but it is a bit  big and changes are a bit more expensive and takes more time. This device is small and sexy

I like your work I thought if he gave you the trick to perform to their design such transformer and see if you light bulb on the circuit who dipping.
I look for this transformer on the HV what it is like it is cool
