Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Speaking from experience, I initially used a SG3524 which gave me full PWM (0 - 50% duty cycle) control and frequency (8 - 40kHz).  Connected to this chip I used a pair of 14 amp IXYS gate drivers and did the switching with a pair of IRFB3077 MOSFETs.  All seemed fine and dandy.  I could control frequency and power level no problem at all.  What I discovered driving the yoke (toroid) transformer with this circuit is that you really need to run the duty cycle pretty close to 50%.  You don't want to be at 50% with no dead time because the core will saturate and begin to draw mega amps.  If you run the duty cycle at say 20%, the wave form on the output side is not even close to a sine wave.  Rather, it's badly distorted.  The catch is when you run near 50% duty cycle you get a good sine wave on the output, but with the grenade and induction heater coils connected, you almost get a runaway condition on current draw.  It's very tricky to find the right value resonant capacitors to tame this current draw down, but if you get them, you'll see a nice sine wave and current draw will sit at about 5 amps powering a 60 watt incandescent bulb.

- I of  run a little from the structure 50% duty cycle. When I watched this material:

PCB layout looks almost identical "Ruslan" not showed us the course of the push-pull. So I became intrigued by this screen:
My question is ?we have a different time pulse (width)
-and as to the second channel is not reversed . or what it looks like why there Greens waveform on the oscilloscope is the same as the first channel?
and such commercial systems are not able to reflect what we see.
Dog-one.
You're right about the undesirable moments of blind spots ! I will add a high current return almost critical to the viability of the transistor .
But you have to remember about a choke with filter ,on the supply line without electrolytic capacitors! :D
Ruslan system also shows significant efficiency current-carrying capacity and it can through the ferrite core here are two key issues-simple but not explained until the end?
operations General principle we all know Now we know that has not worked, the intended effect! and the more systems are limited "mozzily" which is not too easy. :P
but in the same simplicity is beauty ;)
good luck.
-something happens when these impulses are standing on top of a sine wave!
but it's still far poultry prior to us:

I can see your a PW lover, but apart from that, when one delusion falls apart, why jump into the next, why not find out what's wrong and fix it. Is all I'm suggesting.

Find out what's wrong with what Alien?

-make us some shots from the course of your controller on the chip: SG3524
which tests the system by "Oleg" Most likely:"SG3525A".
It follows from this scheme:

system similar to the push-pull "Ruslan. :o

Tomtech29

should apply this filter to choose larger reactor and capacitors!
and many changes have you introduced to show the test on another chip?
