Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Hi Itsu. After all these years you know this setup as your child!!! Hahaha
Yes. 1.2uF in series capacitor.
Yes there is an induced heat especially over my microwave oven cap.
I will check later about direction as I am not home, but this is not so important I guess. Do you think that the reduced output could be due to the insulation that I have between the two half yoke cores? They are not conducting between each other. Could it be a reason for this?

Ps for snubber right now I use akula's one in combination with allega's. I will order some tvs soon.

Hi Jeg.

i think that i too have the yoke halfs isolated from each other as i normally do, that will decrease the inductance and avoid saturation of the yoke, so no i don't think that could be the reason.
But my yokes ferrite is non conductive, i guess yours is too.

Not sure if a microwave oven cap is suitable for this highly reactive power environment.

Hi Geo :)
Thanks for the suggestions. I see that what T1000 very well said is true. Your Katcher will fire at both cycles instead of the one that is required. Also T1000 suggested something very interesting and I mean to drive katcher straight out of the sense transformer. I just don't know if it is possible to maintain this moustache like waveform after dampening it to our Katcher input. I hope I have time to test it today as I am trying hard to avoid pll. ;D

Jeg,

i am presently running withput the PLL, but still use the "blue box" kacher drive circuit in ALLEGGA's diagram to select/adjust the pulse to fire the kacher,  works very well.

Thanks Itsu. If the problem is not the yoke core itself then I really don't have any other idea for the cause of the problem.. I have tried other types of capacitors but still the same.

Blue Allega's box looks easy. I am just an analog lover and I' d like first to try some other simpler ideas before proceeding this way. Thanks anyway.

   Itsu:
You mentioned: "sounds like you have something running now, but is your grenade running hot, or is it the inductore coil around it?"

The ferrite yoke core is getting warm because the copper wire coils around it are heating up.  I still don't have the proper 0.68uf cap for the Mazilli, and I'm just running it on a cap that works, of what caps that I had on hand. The grenade COILS are heating up as well. This never happened before. So, adding that tuning cap to the Mazilli now causes the coils to heat up, instead of the fets, while everything else is cool, except for the small choke, below.

Geo's diagram showing the green toroid choke wound with 12 turns on one side and 30 or so on the other, sounds interesting. As one of my two chokes is also heating up, and I may give that a try.

Also if it still does not help to reach effect, please reverse Tesla coil primary connections OR/AND inductor connections for grenade coil then give a try again. You will see which way works better when the Tesla coil is activated.
Will wait for the video now :)

P.S> The current signal pickup part in Oleg circuit http://imgbin.org/images/26553.jpg should help you: R1,VD1,VD2,R3, LM393. The R3 may have the additional voltage divider 1kOhm resistor pot for the fine pickup on peaks.
