BTW- Just cuirious- did anybody follow Keshe?  He promised to reveal how to make a free energy generator in one week live conference. It is old just two weeks and I am just downloading all his conference videos.To study it will take lots of time (in total 20-30 hours of conferencing time).   Personally I think it is a bulshit and Keshe is a fraud. Just curious ..

  Yes, things are getting pretty confusing... Aren't they?  And all those different diagrams and schematic are not helping. In that they ALL work???  And Ruslan doesn't even smoke or drink vodka, like TK and other Russians.   So, how does he do it???
    However, it's good that Ruslan is trying out different ideas and devices, and is showing us what he has achieved.
4000Kw of bulbs lit. Almost as much power out as what TK has shown, although TK did it using no high tech electronics.
But, Ruslan he has spent a pretty penny on all that gear. Something than I could not do.
 
   Makes me wonder WHEN a real lab will do what is needed to find the answer,  and disclose it. It's only a matter of time. But, by then you'll be able to buy it on Ebay.
  I also have the feeling that all of this is already known, and being utilized already, and we may be the last to get a handle on it.

   I do agree that there is an earth frequency, or a universal frequency of the Aether (dark energy), that we need to tie into. And using the resonant harmonics from that original source is the answer.
   It's what Dr. Stiffler calls the "Spacial Coherence" factor.   And, NOT just the coil's own self resonant frequency. Think about it...

Well, a transformer, such as the Yoke, externally acts as a voltage source when its secondary winding is considered.

You can detect that a series LC circuit is driven by an AC voltage source at its resonance, when the current and voltage of the AC voltage source become in phase.

So connect one channel of your scope across a sinusoidal AC voltage source (e.g. your S.G. +  P.A. ) and the second channel across a suitable CSR connected in series with that voltage source. 
Drive any series LC circuit with the above, and as you vary the S.G.'s frequency, observe the voltage vs. current on your scope set to XY mode (without persistence).  When the LC circuit is driven at resonance, the scope will display a diagonal line...otherwise it will display an ellipse.

For added amusement change the driving waveform to rectangular ...and repeat.
For the ultimate amusement change the driven circuit to a parallel LC circuit ...and repeat. (note that in this case the resonance is indicated by a fat circle)


P.S.
Yes the V & I signals of varying phase offset that are displayed on your scope can be converted to a +/- DC (or LF) voltage and applied to a VCO's input to form an LC resonance detecting PLL.

Safety Rant:
If you don't use a P.A. to protect your S.G., then at least use a 50Ω CSR after the S.G. and optionally back-to-back Zener diodes in series (after the S.G. but before the CSR) of suitable Zener voltage that the S.G. can tolerate.

I setup a LC circuit in both series and parallel and did some measurements / displays as requested by verpies above.

The L is a 5.5mH aircoil,
the C a 0.47uF capacitor.

The calculators show that this should be in resonance at 3.1Khz.

The scope shows both the normal display at resonance and above/below it and in this XY mode.

I used my FG with a MOSFET PA behind it to drive the LC circuit as an AC Voltage source.

We nicely can see that with a sine wave at series resonance the voltage and current get into phase with max.current and minimum voltage (low impedance at resonance)
and when in parallel resonance we also get in phase at resonance, but with minimum current and maximum voltage (high impedance).
The square wave signals are not that nice to look at both in normal mode as in XY mode.

Due to some private commitments, i had/have little time at the moment, but i was still tuning around with my Ruslan setup so now and then.

Nothing really interesting was noticed, so nothing to report.

Adding a 0.47uF wima cap across the 28 turn secondary of the grenade does increase the output but it goes at cost of the input.
