Wesley, sir you are an expert in human emotion, commonly known a fear based emotions in the trade, you could be an authority on sorting out social problems   your a man held in high esteems, an authority of many.

Does any one remember a French guy he said unless you hit a certain frequency you get nothing, or a multiple of it any one ever bothered to find out what it is ? I'm sure their are many going up the scale. I think he was referring to the earth first and working that way round.

  Any "judgement" is NOT made towards you personally, Wesley. I think that most of can agree on that point. 
  Our judgement is towards those that post eye candy, and don't disclose anything more about it. 

   However, the fact that the guy is showing a supposed self runner.  One of the few ever to be shown, outside of the "Boys" circle, is interesting enough for me to study, and learn from.
If it's actually for real... what's inside of those junction boxes.
 
   Notice the low output of his bulb, possibly only 25 to 40 watts to comparable grid lit bulbs, (lumin levels). 
Guessing the actual device's output to be something like 25 to 50 watts. But, it is self running, although at low power levels.
  Nor does he show how his hand movements close to the antenna can affect the output at the bulb. 
Nor have Ruslan, or Akula done so, either.  Which can lead to more speculation, concerning the anomalous effects shown, and how real they may actually be.
   And, will we see any further progress reports from him? Or will he also just vanish into thin air... like some others have done.

   The idea that we can harvest energy from the surrounding ambient, is still an important point to consider.  Or it's harmonic frequency peaks.  There may be something to all this.
  But, the ambient can have multiple harmonics, not just one.  So, which ones to tune to? Would be the question.  If any.

Nick you would have to experiment in your geographical vicinity but i would think a ground rod with a tune-able coil like a Tesla coil and pulse it with a frequency generator and look for peeks on a scope, or have you tried googling earth resonant frequency  ? ether way you need to find it and multiply it up till it almost matches your device and work on that principle, Other than that your up the Orinoco with out a paddle.
