Need to read the context of my answer to hoppy .
About The facts that i refer is about in that circuit you show use not milivolts and miliwatts but some several volts and watts to work, and that is a fact to me when i say that my circuit work with some milivolts .

But you only showed half the device in the video you posted! Show us a circuit of the the full device that's so special and only works on millivolts, then maybe we can talk business. Otherwise, showing that video is pointless and we will have to assume that its just a one-wire jobby that most of us have knocked-up years ago to run neons or LED's.

   Void and All:
   Nelson has actually showed a video or two of his working devices, which appear to be OU.  Which no one else here has shown.
   I would not underestimate what he has been mentioning, or showing. But, he can't disclose all the detail. Just some hints.
   It relates to using a minimal input source, yielding much more power out. He mentioned that he only uses a Kacher circuit, drawing mV.   It maybe somewhat similar to the other Kacher circuit that I posted, that can output several KWs of power, also. 
Or not.

If he refuses to give details, then why take any notice of it. How can we underestimate something which has no substance. We've been through all this nonsense before.
