I don't consider that the latest batch of posts have been off topic. There is nothing written down that says that posts on this thread have to exclusively deal with experimental results. Opinions / comments expressed on Nelson's and other peoples video demonstrations provide fuel for experiments.

One more video showing nothing replicable. No schematic, no basic principle. A lot of hidden components, maybe also decoy components. So what do we get out of it?

There are two theories, both involving an x-wire or a battery hidden in the aluminum base:
1) Involves a belt drive (yellow) hidden in the hollow pedestal boxes, that are turning the axle.
2) Involves phased induction coils (blue) hidden in the hollow pedestal boxes, acting on the brass disks through the air gap like in an old fashined electromechanical wattmeter.

Again it is the same old story: On a blurry video we can »spot« fakes that no one on location was able to see. If one turns the discs by hand (could easily happen) he should feel when there is a belt connected to a hidden motor. And I doubt that phase induction coils at a few centimeters spacing can convey that much power so the large generator next to the discs can be driven.

BTW: Don't know if that matters, maybe it means nothing, but one of the Stepanov transformers looks strongly like wound with aluminum flat wire.

   Full brightness at 1% duty cycle?  Why only 1% and not 10 or 20%. 
   If you can get full brightness at 1% that would be an "unusual effect". But, can you?
It would be important for anyone, I would think.


   

yes exactly, full brightness at 1% duty cycle, because the specifics of the project requires such duty cycle. Generally the project refers to a resistor array matrix consisting of 100 resistors which switched on the principle of the "running lights" why is a selected 1% a duty cycle, please help me, I know that it is possible, thanks in advance

if each resistor consumes 35W of power from power supply then the total output of the matrix will be 3500W thanks to the inertness while at the same time by the power supply will be consumed 35W

  What resistor array? What project? What are you trying to do?
And what does it have to do with this thread. IF nothing, just forget it, or find the right thread.
 
   Sounds like wishful thinking, to me, about the 1%/full brightness idea, or just pipe dream...
