I knew a guy that used to use a screw driver to discharge PFC cap banks.  Then it happened...  An old set that had no bleeder resistors ended his day.  Darn near blew him in half.  Vaporized the screw driver.

Here's something I never heard Nelson talk about.  How can one hold both stripped ends of a 217 volt power source without getting pummeled ?
Is this some "different kind" of electrical output?  "Cold electricity" ? ? ?
Is there no amperage to this power, only voltage?
Is there a frequency component to it that people are immune to?
Please explain if anyone knows the answer.

Hi D-1. The red and black output wires on that side of the device are the low voltage output wires.
He was able to power the 24VDC motor with that output, so the red and black output wires are
maybe somewhere in the vicinity of 24VDC or thereabouts.

Hmmm.... I remember a district engineer that used to " phase out " the MV bars with his fingers ( 415 VAC ) !!

Could any of our East European members source a transformer like the one posted below. I would like to buy one if the price is right.

   I don't see a switch at the full bridge rectifier on Nelson's device (funny with friends video). A couple of caps are on the rectifiers (like Geo uses, also) for adjusting the output frequencies.
  Eeeeeee... Nelson's two main running frequencies are just under 3khz (main one), and the secondary peak is a just under 6khz.
  He is using some type of spark gap. Would be good to know just exactly what that is. Someone must know or recognize it.
  There is also a previous video showing the long black taped thing, but not explaining what it is. His secret, still.
  That was all done several month ago, and he probably has improved his output, by now, as he had mentioned.
  Two strangers in the night...
