  Now you have my thoughts,as to what that unconventional supply might be.
But, how can the oscillator run on no amps, or even on 10 MA,or less. How?

Actually, the MC34063 chip and LT3958 chip integrated circuits are already using BEMF for step up voltage.
When running in BEMF mode the highest efficiency is achieved due utilization of coil's reactive power. The active power is used only to make magnetic field on the coil which is making high voltage when collapsing. That is being collected to the output capacitor.
To improve this circuit one thing is needed:
When the power source current the core of the inductor is not gaining magnetic field instantly (unlike electric field). The power source's current is used in magnetic field expansion inside of the inductor core. Due nature of this circuit we want much BEMF as possible so there is a way to gain more - the modulation of the input signal. This will improve efficiency dramatically when catching up the resonance with the coil.
Someone need to play extensively with this, there would be great results...

P.S> Nelson, maybe you will have some ideas to throw in? I am sure you gone past this step already in your experiments.

I see. Asking simple questions - because you do not really come forward how your device works - is ridiculous.

Kapanadze, Stepanov, Barbosa: all showing a device running at 50Hz low current in and 50Hz high current out, but we should not care about that.

No offense, but this sounds to me like a deliberate distraction tactic.

My idea of that electric system (see below) is that a cell phone battery (even more than one) could be hidden easily in it, and hence you doing just some funny things with that battery's energy, but nothing outside the box. It would be not the first time that one makes a battery look like a transformer. Now I'm sure you can prove that this setup works without any hidden power source (so we can see if you indeed talk the truth).

hi T-1000 i don't have more ideias even because seems i'm a fraud . one of clever guys already discover that i use phone batteries de simulated inside a transformer ..... so i'm sad by that ...
and I thought I was smart .... 
Sorry but i already put a lot of information to the people that want work and if want .... work on it.

I have  important things to make professional and personal  i cant spend my time explain my theories  even because i will need to spend a lot of time to explain everything and i'm not a teacher , i will be a eternal  student until end of my life  .

There could be 10 cell phone batteries hidden under a double bottom in that white box. Each around 7V 2A makes that 140Watts of power in order to record a view minutes of video.
