The failure of the first attempts to search for the wave shape of the transistor blew up from the left channel push pull:

later it verifies why my transistors shorted ,I'll have to buy a set of promises to processing and many silicon
(I had a zener diode and a resistor 10K. and 2,2nF the resistor on the drain) little avail / losses must be included in the framework of trial and error
- it enough today, buying new attempts to perform other repairs.

If things are really simple, then there must be a substitute we can use for a "charge blocking device".  Something we all can make or find with relative ease. 

The DSR Diode has these properties as it suddenly blocks after the charge in its PN junction is exhausted.
