I want that to be clear I do Respect Russian nation. I see Russians as very well educated   and having enormous potential  in almost every possible area of science.
Traditional Russian education system  was one of the  best if not the best  ever invented.
Adopted by all post soviet  countries. it have made average person walking on the street - the top average in the  world.
Wide education in Russia did not make  them  to become professionals, however  most of them with little to no effort   could handle "any possible activity"
And best of all they did not have to pay for education so  the best of the best have been fighting for the place  in the best university as its name was what counts.
In the West  selection is mostly supported by money spend on education.
     
Russian have been needed to be widely educated as for Terror Regime the important was  to have easiness to find replacement for these killed  by oppressive system (eg. Stalin)have been counted in tens of millions.

As you maybe already have noticed in my last posts is that i am interested in a working device (wo is not)
I see that the progress on the forum is low....lack of teamwork i assume.
Instead of spending lots of time and off coarse money i am think it is better to " buy" a working device.

simple answer:
step1:
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING, If you really want travel to Ukraine  or Russia than do it with  no cash in your pocket. However I  consider Ukraine to be relatively safe  and definitely friendly country comparing to Russia.


step2.
If you convinced with what you see than  go to bank and pay. However try to negotiate .
Never buy blind.


step3.
Pay part with cash and part with check.
You have quite few days to put stop on the check if you discover fake.
-Never go alone.
-Never be left by yourself even for the moment.
-do not talk loud  , do not get excited and try to do not differ  from surrounding crowd.
- hide airlines tags on your suitcases  (luggage).
-do not flash dollars to anyone. Russians can do it for any reason but  remember  you're not Russian.

-Have GPS remotely tracking your phone (every 5 seconds) from your homeland location always on  and distress button calling dedicated number activated automatically
-when timer is not disabled with another code.(uplett)  in sufficient time frame-till the next interval.
Calling Russian  police can be sometime even more harmful to you.
