I think the most important step before embarking on a serious measurement regime, is to ditch the grid as a power supply and use batteries. The rudimentary voltage and current measurements can then be repeated for a system efficiency baseline, against which all build variations can be compared to. The parameters you list are all critical to this end. Although meter measurements can be reasonably used for input current and voltage to push-pull and Kacher, scope measurements should be used for loaded output measurements. In view of what T1000 has said in respect of electrostatics contribution to power output, a baseline system first needs to established whereby we can be reasonably confident that we have established the right voltage and frequency for the Tesla coil. Hopefully he can guide us further on this after he has carried out this exercise on his own system.

Its not about what I want from you, its what any serious experimenter should be doing when he expects to have a meaningful and technical dialogue with other experimenters. I'm just trying to guide you into best practice but it appears that you are a lost cause.

Are you able to do experiment with Tesla coil and see on what frequency and what voltage of Tesla coil the ion charges are being absorbed onto plate near Tesla coil? Which in turn generate electrostatic current between Earth ground and the plate on the moment when Tesla coil is being abruptly switched off.
