An interesting discovery (article) regarding "Electrostatic Induction" including experimental apparatus and mathematics (article in Russian). Work was conducted I believe in 2000 by Dmitry Dyudkin, Prof/Dr. of Technical Services; et. al., Donetsk National Technical University (Ukraine).

Quoted from the first paragraph -

This may be significant since "high voltage electrostatic induction" might explain an energy transfer mechanism found between the "pulsed antenna coil [floating Tesla Transformer output coil]" and the so called "grenade" coil in the Ruslan device; as well as other similar apparatus.
