   Ok, thanks for the complete diagrams.  I like the upper diagram of the two last complete ones that you just sent, the best.
Hopefully it's similar to the picture of Roma's self runner, below.
   Do your ideas agree with the first diagram, that menoffather did some translations on? 
   Why the triacs? Instead of the laptop wall adapter?

    Have you tried to replicate any of it yourself?
    Sorry for so many questions.

Hi guyz ,

I have left my experiment on a side for a while , work is keeping me away to much from the bench work.
but upcoming week I will continue.

To bring thoughts back, I really see that the caps play a big role within Ruslan/akula devices and it's what storing and discharging the massive outputs. coiling to step down or convert the radiant into a usable and  tunable output. the way How I see it .
Remember Ruslan also used some of akula's schematics to try to replicate succeeded, we could also see in some very
old vids where he shows analyzing on akula schematics, the info is also in there in front of us pretty sure of it!

L1 coil would that be a mechanical relay of 300 volt type wired so coil is connected to N Closed contacts?
this effect would  produce a huge very narrow spike pulse of B E M F radiant energy it would be very near OU as it is only a closed circuit. Try it!
