   Yes, but it's not 1kw, nor 900w, but more like 100- 150w worth of light. 
Let's not go by the number of bulbs, but by their actual output, instead. As it looks to me like 6 150w bulbs are providing for less than 25w each.
   No Kacher to be seen, but, it still may be there somewhere, under all the plastic wrap.  No new and improved 3kw device, either.

   Andrey is another guy that like SR 193, Dally, and several others have disappeared, never to be heard from again.  Such is life.

So Nikola Tesla was very interested in lighting, so I though I'd read up on it. Found some interesting similarities:
Lighting also needs a ground to work (sometimes)
A lighting bolt consists out of multiple leaders
Negative leaders travel down wards from the clouds - each having a length of about 45m and takes a micro second
Positive leaders start at the ground and travel upwards
The total strike takes hundreds of microseconds.

Aka: multiple instances inside one instance on the positive cycle and discharges to earth. An instance (leader) is often 45m (close to 40m, think grenade wire length)
