  Well Wesley,  I don't buy it either.  But, not your interpretation, or should I say your misinterpretation of what Tesla, Kapanadze, Akula, Ruslan, and this new guy have all mentioned. You always want to add your nuke ideas to it all.  Which is exactly what I don't buy.

Ok ,here is my explanation how this may actually work(I bet I'm wrong!):
Imagine a moving swing(oscillating AC current in Tesla coil) and a guy standing near it and this guy is making the swing moving more and more by touching it with his hand at right moments thus adding energy ( impulses from nanopulser imposed on oscillating HV AC at resonant frequency?) on the left side of swing there is an another guy with baseball bat (charged ionosphere) and he is ready to strike the swing when the swing come close to him. When baseball bat guy hit the swing, the swing would gain enormous energy and this energy can be used to keep the swing moving till it reaches the baseball bat guy again and process repeats.
The thing is, when we pulse already oscillating tesla coil,(at right moment, in phase) we creating an condition in which we force the electrons to go deeper in to the earth AND later to go higher in to the air from topload, the vibrations would reach the ionosphere... and kicked back by it.
Is this make any sense?

Before we even start to hypothesise on the modus-operandi of this latest offering, get the lad to show whats on the end of the croc clip lead, at the same time as the device is running. Again we see a poor video demonstration of a claimed self-runner. If you look at his other videos, you will see that he is well into Tesla tech and one-wire power transmission. Also notice how his lamps do not even flicker when his hand moves close to the coils.
