if you have less voltage then do you have more amps available ? Isn't it the way the grenade coil is wound that trades of amps for volts ? ie Flemings Left  and His Right hand rule ?

No, more voltage will be more amps ,less voltage mins less amps, Ohm's law.

The  grenade I have been doing tests on is 10m cw then 10m ccw, then 5m cw then 5m ccw then 2.5m cw then 2.5m ccw. , all on a 50mm drain pipe does that help ?
