The ionpowergroup is based in USA it's got nothing to do with Russian in this case.I am sorry to say this.

If you ever check out the older videos of youtube user:lasersaber whom actually been to their shack few years ago.They were the only at that time were using carbon material to collect ions from the sky.
It looks like they have made some progress over the years.It's no fake.
