YouTube of Dimitry Maksimov is used as a tool to escalate the "case of Siergiej Panov.

Dimitry Maksimov is "unknown person"  who responded to me in shockingly well constructed English  and that is strange to that  geographic region.
Fact of  removing my second comment from his YouTube says about discomfort of  Dimitry Maksimov and/or Sergej Panov

For Putler FE is definitely not a good thing.So there would be many of guys advertising this video as Scam.
If  Sergej Panov. had nothing to hide he would  say the name of seller without any fear.- he did not do so.

We should understand that video is made for maximum damage to FE community and slowing the progress if any.
If I was Ruslan  instead of returning the money to  anyone he could just simply contact me . few days later I'm in Riga  or any other safe place.
I can even cover to Ruslan , cost of trip and accommodation in Poland, Germany

So with this latest news about Ruslan's device not working as designed, I see a
real can of worms being opened in regards to geoproximity.

Do we know if a working device moved to a different location just needs to be
retuned or will the device not work at all?  Do we have enough information at
this point to even make an educated guess?

If location is actually part of the solution to a working device, can we determine
with any certainty what locations are "blacklisted"?

Lets go a step further...

Could all FE devices fall into a similar predicament?  This would suggest a
common energy source that is available to harvest, but only in "known
good" locations.

If a working device is moved to another location and requires retuning to
again function, what are these retuning parameters?  Is there a common
theme here and can we predict with some level of certainty a tuning parameter
that is specific for each location?

I have some other questions that are a little bit too way out there to ask,
in the realm of metaphysics.  I'll only hint they may be specific to the
intentions of the builder, not necessarily the end user.  Suffice it to say
if you do not want one of these devices to work, it very well may not.

Buyer:
Sergej Panov based on my conversation with Arunas i a real guy with real email you can  write to and he lives in Lithuania.
Sergej Panov has device that he purchased from Latvia. Sergej did not mention name of seller in his video but he said that seller has radio-towers business.
Sergej Panov paid 5k euro for this device, and the device does not work in his home in Klaipeda Lithuania.
Both Lithuania and Latvia are neighboring countries, both of the countries have also from one side border with Russia

I paid 2000 euro in front. Week later seller ask me for another 500 euro  -I said No.

Sergej Panov says:

Seller says that I tested  the device  prior to pay him reminding  balance but I did not test it . I got home and than  contacted Seller from Klaipeda Lithuania in within first 24h saying that device does not work.

What we do not know:
1.Does buyer buy device from  seller or it is Russian counterfeit made to look similar to start Criminal preceding against Ruslan where Russia pays for one Lithuanian(-Russian) fighting with one Latvian over  FE. the goal would be not who wins, and who loses,- but just the fact that once court started all of Russian propaganda can make it laud.
Please examine two pictures from above The one from Russian troll and one from Sergej Panov video. Look at the  holes in the board and see if localization of the holes matches, even if more holes was  made  later on.


2.in Lithuania monthly salary is about $350 per month   with population partially Russian  but mostly Lithuanian ,so was Sergej Panov  being paid by Putler propaganda?

3.If Sergej Panov was alleged  FE community  damage maker, it would be understandable to us , why he  makes video pointing at Ruslan but not identifying seller as Ruslan .

4.If Sergej Panov was real deal maker  but foolish to pay money for  Ruslan  device without checking it  and now he wants money back  than he can add to the story anything that will make his court case stronger

- it is a need to see all of the papers signed  to make sure that is not Putler scam.
- listen to all stories and be able to record  them
- examine how close is Sergej Device to  Ruslan device  based on the pictures.
- If Sergej ask  now  more  than 5k for his  nonworking device  it is clear indication that money paid by Russian Troll factory or  fear of punishment  is greater and everything is fake.
