  Well, good. Even though Verpies may notice the #3 pin left open and no dead time control, but, maybe it does have some dead time control. We'll see when I connect it all up to the rest of the device.
  My description on the video concerning the connection from the TL circuit were not correct.
   This is the way that it's connected, below. Pinoy tech style.

Your video clearly shows that you do have dead-time control on the pins 9 and 10 outputs of the TL494. Even though the Pinoy PCB apparently does not show a connection to Pin 3. But there are many ways to skin a cat, especially with the mighty TL494. If you send the signals you showed to the gate drivers and on to the mosfet gates, I see no reason why you would not be able to get dead-time control at the mosfets themselves (if your drivers can supply the needed current to charge the gates fast enough to keep up, that is..... you might want to try some IRF3205 mosfets if the IRFP260Ns continue to give trouble...)

   I've ordered new IRFP260 mosfets, but being Easter week and most places are closed, I did not get the new fets, yet.
   So, I will probably have to wait until next week sometime before I can test the new TL circuit board.
   Most all of the self runners devices from Stalker, Adrian, and TopRuslan 7 version, are using this type of TL494 connection methods. 
So, I hope that it works, for me.
