I mean - how and what is causing transistor to open and close and in what sequence and moments. Tesla coil is driven by square generator, if Katcher is somehow auto-adjusting frequency then we have to know how or it's like wandering in big forest without compass

If your talking about the device in the fish tank in the garage, No it's not look again it's fed from that old tv tripler behind the Katcher coil into the spark plugs pair and into the secondary the thick winding of copper tube.
I would think it's more like a radiant spike than a useless square wave in this case any way are you so sure the Akula is wired up on a working device as Akula shows in his circuit diagrams ? I mean whats the point of modulating the Katcher with 20-30 odd khz ? just use an inducter and diode and capacitors like Vasmos has !

His device works to the extent that it is capable
of working.  In order for the device to output any
"free energy" it must first be able to access some
source of "free energy" to tap into.  That of course
requires that the "source of free energy" be known
of and its characteristics well understood.

Until that obstacle is overcome there will not be
such a circuit that is either a self-runner or a
source of "Free Energy."  Which also means that
the circuit mentioned cannot be "corrected" until
such knowledge is acquired and the source of
Free Energy proven to exist.

Tesla did work to produce several versions of
improved Induction Coils (not to be confused
with the Tesla Coil) which were modifications
to the already existent Rhumkorff Induction Coil.
