  Can you please advice me on how to better understand where and how to set up the scope. So that both HV (5000v), as well as the Grenade output wave forms can be read at the same time. 
The idea is to try to tune these two frequencies, to match up on the scope screen, as has been shown by Stalker, Akula, and others. But, I've have difficulties trying to do the same thing, and having it show up on the scope. As there is a lot of difference in frequencies between them. And the scope won't read the wave form at the grenade's output. The scope can read the values before the full bridge rectifier that goes to the bulb and feed back circuit, but not after the bulb.
  Any help would be great.

Bythe way if your Tesla coil is radiating sine waves with your Ruslan circuit how come Daily device transmitted narrow spikes ?
you can't have it both ways. Stick to reality. 

But to do that you would have to find the resonant freq of your grenade coil and then find the correct coax resonant length to 'tune it to the grenade frequency for maximum energy transfer as Akula did and talks about re winding to get it right!!!
along with the correct oscillator frequency, it might be a better idea to do it the other way round !!!
so get up and do it get it working! come on !!!
