And if using batteries for the input source, they will drain in no time with a 1000w+ load.
  It will all depend on the proper interaction between the Kacher and grenade circuits.

  Notice how Ruslan could not light the 500-1000w bulbs, without killing the operation of the whole system. And had to light smaller bulbs first, then the big one. And notice that they always turn the system on first with no load on, then after the device is running they turn on the bulbs. Otherwise it kills the resonance.

yes, changing the load (different bulbs) will change the resonance frequency slightly.
Your 27Khz will need to be adjusted for new resonance a few Khz up or down with the TL494 pots.

Make sure your kacher runs on 50, 60 or 100 times this 27Khz (meaning at 1350, 1620 or 2700Khz) then use a ferrite bar inside the kacher to re-adjust
the kacher to this new 50, 60 or 100th subharmonic.

Thats all i can tell and what i have tried to do.


300V DC on the 24V PS seems to much as they probably are working in the 100 to 240V AC range.
Try to monitor / limit your output for max 240V DC.
