    The principle of generation of nanosecond pulses, which is described in Belkin Shulzhenko, works only with drift diodes with a sharp recovery. Usually these are old avalanche diodes. Belkin-Shulzhenko in the book recommend using EX-USSR old diodes  "ДЛ1хх-хх-хх". For sample, ДЛ112-25-16  - avalanche diode 112 model, 25 direct current, 1600 V reverse voltage.
    The phenomenon of sharp recovery of diodes is considered harmful, since it can lead to a malfunction of the electronics. Therefore, modern diodes get rid of sharp recovery. In the parameters of modern diodes, it is usually reported that they are soft recovery.

Ruslan's video contains modern diodes. They is on 99% soft recovery, and cannot generate sharp nanosecond pulses. Probably he does not know about it, since he does not have a real-time nanosecond oscilloscope. 

In addition, when 4 diodes are connected in series, since it is on video, we get a large inductance (curvature of the terminals) and capacitance (relative to the radiator). This is not good for short pulses.

   The four diodes on the mentioned full bridge rectifier are super fast MUR460.
   I am using the MUR1530, which are similar, on my full bridge. Along with the same type of black capacitors, also.

   Sergh: All the circuits that Ruslan has shown on his self runners, were made by an electronics engineer named Oleg. But Ruslan does have all the needed test gear, also.
Unlike TK, who doesn't, and has his son make the circuits, which he then wires and assembles the circuits.
Like Ruslan does, after Oleg makes his circuits for him.
  Does this guy Belkin show a self running device, OR not?

   Dally was TK's cousin, and his ideas came from TK's original circuit, which he then modified for his own purpose.
  The use of the Tv yoke was first shown being used by Akula, and later by Ruslan, Stalker, and others.
