Please let me offer to you some of my expertise.
Like everyone , Many of  you had a chance in your life time to become good, or exceptionally good   in something .
I can speak quite few languages  and understand  more or less all of 27 slavic languages
As my father told me once - you speak 3 of them  good the rest is  easy.

I strongly believe that my  last  20 years  (few hours per day  of study)  of eastern European totalitarianism
made me, good with all aspects of problem.
Since my childhood my last  40 years  of that study  was triggered by my father 67 years of study of the same.
It was family hobby, apart from my father mathematics, physics, and chemistry teaching.
Families of teachers surrounded for most of my  life by  large numbers of  other teachers.

My personal drama  made me  to pay closer attention  to  very tiny details,  of present time individuals ,entities, their family affairs, money laundering.
Knowing small  and big fishes of this  biggest mafia in  the history of modern time. 
Along with  highly skilled professional in psychology I went to the level of professionalism in  understanding
motivation, day to day life,  of single individual , soldier, troll, government operatives.
Knowledge of  how they hide money and where they hide money , what  is their taste and mental/ cultural limitation.

That very core,  the exoskeleton, characteristic, 
by its lack of values respected by western world can exist only in that sick,reality.
Their system is dying with their leader fear of tomorrow .
Some of their real terminators are increasingly active due to their mentally unstable
Botox injected  feared Tzar. The push for propaganda and fear that  someone may
eliminate  their only hope of survival the oil, made this forum to suffer many times more than ever.


They want  every professional to look at Stefan Forum  like at  sick group of weirdos
And they  want it now, today, while waiting for death of their Leader .Their whole government  mafia  is hiding money  outside (  in   our  Free West.)

Stefan forum is for me so clearly infested by that system operatives who are mostly  young in age
students.
The reason for that is that whole country  doesn't  speak English.

Most of the young with few words in English ,  is looking for the way to run from the country, and that can be only done when they are young, not married and with no children .
Yes they are among the  lucky youngsters who speak some English.
Others often becomes trolls.
So five guys,everyone with  some English, are struggling to make some  trolling using one nick Name.
However  often there  is  1 guy with five  accounts, sharing money  with some others day students at the same university.


From their former operatives I know exactly how the system  works.
Documents, pictures and data was accessible to me by  asylum  seekers.

They, do not obey any rules, and there is no way to ask them about. anything humanly  agreeable.
You can not deal with them because  word trust, respect is  for them foreign standard.
They  by themselves  are often  victims of the situation.
Typical  money they make is from 50 to 300 dollars per month. And that is not bad for a country with 27 millions people leaving  below poverty level.
To be   more specific. Many of them can not buy food for the month  for that money.
Often due to lack of working force, servants of their own country agony in progress are outsourcing.
Like in here.
Some former Trolls who went to Europe are offered back their old job  .
That is why we have few  good professionals with good English.

So my solution is :
Since you can not talk to them, as they disobey any possible  rules, you can only restrict them,
or eliminate , terminate their  access to Stefan forum.


All of these nuisances  including  recent individuals are from the same  system.
There are plenty of Asians or mimicking Asians actors here.
You  often are dealing with two or more guys under one nick name.

User with nick color  speaks their language  very well.
Please understand user color does not have  any problem.
He is limited, this is his reality. All he knows  is his surroundings and some internet.
And you guys  think that everyone  in the whole world knows how to use toilet bowl.
Most of these guys  know our world values as...  as  their "virtual reality" .
But he can  count how many rubles he is paid.

So the same way I did in my part of Stefan forum you can  do on your part.
I do not want to be blamed for your  good feeling in your spot.

You have choice.
They will trash your last 20 years of good information.
And that is done now  by group of individuals paid for by the dying in fear last emperor of  the biggest ugliest mafia of present time.

You need moderator with rights to terminate accounts and clean space from their leftovers.
You make your own determination or  some of older members may decide to  do that for good of  that fine old society.
