High-frequency signal generates TL494. The pauses between them make amplifiers errors in the parameter of the degree of saturation of ferrite. Difficult to see what is behind Roma's circuit. Looks simple but is it really? I have already prepared some things to test on this direction. Nothing is easy but we never surrender right?

There is one thing that has not been told that there is no doubling of the frequency if you were not started kacher. Without HV and Hf from Tesla coil, there will be no doubling of the frequency.
