   AG: Sorry but I'm all out of bananas. The diagram that you posted is not like the one that I followed to build my device.   I used a Ruslan type of schematic, using the Tl494 chip, and 4420 drivers, and IRF240 mosfets. So, there is not much similarity to the diagram that you posted previously. And I used a simple Ruslan type Kacher circuit, running the 2SC5200 transistor.   Any mistakes you noticed in the schematic that you posted, may not apply in my case. As they are different builds.

No, I think you're using a self-isolating type  Katcher the circuit I have shown is driven, but not all the circuits are mix and match.
but that circuit is just full of mistakes as the Katcher and the push-pull are not locked as it has no Katcher modulation section or self-oscillating catcher. And the CD4046 has phase angle shift section it doesn't need it twice unless you want to blow your fets up when it starts to try and stretch the push-pull waveform.
