All the guys that we have been following (Akula, Ruslan, Don Smith, etz...have mentioned that they are not going to disclose certain important key sources, as to the real secrets involved with these contraptions.

We are not talking about OU, here, as that does not exist. But, energy conversion systems, utilizing the Aether as it's "fuel" is another thing. And just what is needed for that conversion process, is what we should be detailing here, as it can concern the Akula/Ruslan type of devices, and how they obtain their results.

Strange, I have a similar looking device here it runs at 27.1khz it stinks as well i auto re tune it to 27kz exactly. but you could retune yours to 13.5khz it wouldn't be so useless then.

There is not much difference between 15 kHz and 27 kHz. It may be that a another small ball has a higher frequency. But at a higher frequency, more that 400 - 500 kHz, the discharges should be straight, sword-shaped.

It is with a scope the coil you have on the top of your device have you tried tuning it for resonance ?
