I not knowh why at end amplitude start quickly rising and back to like be first amplitude.

Disconecting source divice oscilating, working, but maybe from energy of pulses generator. I use secondary windings of microwave transformer (it have seems about 36 henries) and slow down frenquency.
There red wire there is disconected from 12 volts, only generator conected to 12 volts.

Seems thees transistor is to small power, it can not generate 10 W, I can not light 3 W LED lamp with generated back EMF, what means what power output is very small, and input very small and NE555 generator maybe is to strong for its.
