That is just not the "fish" wave that Stalker and Panov speak about.
The "fish" wave is the modulated signal that is formed having as carrier frequency the low KHz component. Nothing to do with Katcher and high frequency. We should see this waveform across the cap inside the current loop.
Watch again Panov's videos. To my eyes his device looks genuine. It is not even "his" device. It is a device that bought from Ruslan...

Arunus yes Sergei is a man of high stature and esteem a pillar in this subject, it would appear. to me anyway. and I most certainly wouldn't want to upset the man, especially with negative conjecture.

I think he does show the actual board removed later on (but don't just 'watch' observe the dialogue
assume nothing which is what I said.

In this video the puls frequency is variable and the position of the puls coil is variable . And also the capacitor parallel to the puls coil is variable.
By changing the puls coil position the shape of the signal changes .  and also if you vary the cap.

The same AM waveform is presented by Stalker and Maximov. Doesn't look like a random interaction due to bad tunning to me. In any case i still can't reproduce it. At least a full modulation and by using my FG. Today i'll try it with a push pull to see if there is any difference.

Each time the signal changes layer, it "sees" a change in imbedance. What this means in simple words? Reflection.

Ok, so where then is the positive phase grid line when the external input source is disconnected? 
   If Sergej bought the thing from Ruslan, why would he be trying to show a fake working device, running from the grid? 
   You guys are too quick to judge.   
   Same thing happened to Akula, when trying to show the device in Germany. Does that mean that the device is no good?   
   Sergej should have returned it to Ruslan, to see what's up with that. And asked about a guarantee, and at least seen it running, before he bought it, for $5000.There is something very strange about all this.
