I will also continue to explore maximov's effect. I am just not sure anymore that this is the way for a selfrunner as this was my initial purpose and not to lit some bulbs by using exotic ways.

We need Acula's opinion on this. We also have Nelson's devices as you have corectly said. This can still work as a motivation.

I am new here and I am interested in Kapanadze device.

I've been watching Kapanadze videos.
The one from 2004 is not clear to me!

I can see inverter, and two wire leads from inverter to device. Assuming that leads powering device. Inverter also has cable from behind for grid when it starts.
But I can not see any leads going back from device to inverter. Feedback.
I watched video in slow motion, and I can not see that feedback cable?
There is a black box under table, assuming transformer to power accumulator. But I can not see any cable from that black box to inverter also? (if it is transformer?)
Does anyone notice that and can help to clarify?

I haven't written here in a long time. But sometimes I read what you wrote. I don't think Ruslan's device is fake. But only the devices he sells are fake.   Ruslan never told the truth about his device. He made the device harder and told us.And it was very difficult for us to solve it.He wanted to keep his secret and no one can solve. However, the device was very simple.
  I want to ask you; Why Ruslan uses high voltage bridge diode out of his device.(High voltage and fast bridge diode). Need a bridge diode to for light bulbs??? Why he use 1200v bridge diode for 220 volt?? This is necessary?
The purpose of the bridge diode is different in the device..
